5 Stages of Grief
Learn more about the 5 stages of grief to better help you process death and dying of your beloved mother.
Denial: “This can’t be happening to us.”
Anger: “Why is this happening? God or the doctors are to blame?”
Bargaining: “God if you make this not happen, in return I will attend church every Sunday.”
Depression: “I’m too sad to do anything and I don’t want to talk to anyone.
Acceptance: “I’m at peace and I feel okay now with what happened.”
The 7 Stages of grief model
Should not be overlooked because it goes further into detail and many grief counseling professionals follow the 7 stages when they are counseling the bereaved.
