Grief Coping Activities

There are many grief coping skills and strategies both online and offline that can be used to support a person who has lost their mother.  Grief coping skills are activities used to help you cope with the emotional effects of death.  They can be incorporated with everyday living experiences. Many of the coping activities that you will see listed on this page can work for a grief group, family, or counseling session,  The only adjustment or tweaking that should be necessary is the education level as it pertains to children.  Therefore you can use many of these activities with young children, teenagers or adults and it will be just fine.  For more information please visit grief articles.
